  • Click on Create Workflow.
  • To start, navigate to the Workflow tab on the left-hand side of your TeamAI dashboard.

Setting Workflow Inputs

  • Define the inputs of your workflow. For instance, if you’re creating a competitive reports workflow, you might need a Competitor URL.
  • Label your inputs with user-friendly names. These labels serve as variables in your workflow, allowing you to reference these inputs later.

Stringing Together Multiple Actions

  • Click on Add Step to add new actions to your workflow.
  • Use the Internet Set action to, for example, capture reviews by Googling “capture review for competitor URL” with the site filter set to
  • You can rename each action for easier tracking.

Adding AI-Powered Actions

  • Add a Chat Step to leverage AI models to perform specific tasks.
  • For instance, to parse the actual URL from the output of a previous step, you can ask an AI model (like OpenAI’s GPT-4) to extract the URL.
  • Remember, you can use the variables you created in any input field. Whether it’s a system prompt, a search field, or a URL, variables can be used anywhere.

Running Your Workflow

Single Run or Table Run

  • To run your workflow, you can choose either a Single Run or a Table Run.
  • In a Table Run, you can add multiple inputs and run them all at once.

Tracking Your Usage

  • To track your usage of workflows, click on the Usage tab in your dashboard.
  • Here, you can see your used credits, your credit balance, and even top up more workflow credits per month.
